So I see those of you who read the 100th post are scratching your heads about the brotherhood.

Those that survive EVOLVE to their ever changing environment.
I am constantly bombarded with the negative. I am constantly given reasons NOT to act.
It is reason that makes people do what they do.
Sometimes I loose the reason during the struggle. All the pain and hopelessness that grows as you progress to become honest and pure loving. All the shadows that demand you to return to your old self. There is only one thing that can combat these chemical lows that try to keep you a slave.
and that is LOVE.

Zero. I find it fitting for this post. The song is like a story. It starts with sadness, then comes discovery and making a descision. Then comes ACTION. Then comes the STRUGGLE. And finally, success. Let me put it in a story for you.
You start out a grey, sad man. You walk by a mountain in a foggy, cloudy day, carrying a heavy bag of useless trinkets on your back. You look up to the mountain and see a small crack with a bright light glimmering at the mountaintop. The fog makes the light barely visible. You become curious and a miniscule desire grows from within you to see what's at the top. Your fears then emerge, telling you that it is not worth the journey, that you will be miserable without your trinkets. That it is too dangerous. Attemps to bind you to your pitiful existence
You think deeply. Making a descision. Should I take the risk? Should I embark on this journey? What will I find?
I guess the masons have created a pyramid not unlike the food chain pyramid, and those on top are predators who need to "eat" the ones on the lower steps. Instead of an exchange of carbon energy in a food chain, you have an exchange of money or work.
If your goal is to climb to the top of the pyramid, or find out inside secrets of plotted conspiracies, networking or joining a brotherhood is a must. Maybe plotting a conspiracy to mimic nature's weeding process is your thing.
If your goal is to jump out of the box drawn for you, and "wake up" out of the whole matrix, it would be more of an individual process.
But if your goal is just to enjoy the matrix and let the whole thing cycle by itself and try to learn whatever you can while your here, your friendships would just happen naturally. Souls that evolve together would just magnetically attract. You can take the network or leave it and just live your life without any rigid rules or people angry at you for not thinking within their doctrine. Knowledge of the age you're living in would provide some protection from all the dangerous waters.
I'm not as cynical about attachment to people as others. I don't have many friendships, but the ones I have run deep. If I didn't have the people in my life that I do, I wouldn't want to be here.
